Do you offer White Glove Delivery and assembly?

Yes, we offer premium White Glove Delivery which includes bringing the items into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee.

What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in original condition. Please note that large furniture returns may incur a 15% restocking fee, and custom-made orders are final sale.

Does your furniture come with a warranty?

All Hometown Furniture products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains, tears, and damage.

Can I request fabric swatches before making a purchase?

Absolutely. We offer up to five complimentary fabric or wood finish swatches to help you ensure the colors and textures perfectly match your home's aesthetic.
